Rice is a huge part of my diet. I make a big batch in the rice cooker every 1-3 days. Mostly brown, but sometimes white rice if I'm in a hurry or want a change.

And then if I bake I use Bob's Red Mill brown rice flour, or sometimes white rice flour. Dropping in here with a mild complaint that the brown rice flour has disappeared from local supermarket shelves. I asked a staff person and she said, "If you don't see it on the shelf, we don't have it," which was neither helpful nor informative.

Also adding a link to Wild and Brown Rice Casserole (or Turkey Stuffing) that I posted 6 (!) years ago.
