I've been gluten free since 2000. (Yes, really!)

I have gotten through the trials and tribulations over the years and have many go-to recipes and staples. But I deeply appreciate this space, especially since I don't always look at the grocery shelves except to grab my favorites. Always enjoy learning about new products and to consider a new recipe.
