jesse_the_k: Slings & Arrows' Anna offers up "Virtual Timbits" (Anna brings doughnuts)
From: [personal profile] jesse_the_k

Bob's Red Mill has been packaging flours for decades. I was delighted to stumble on their brand new GF oat crackers line last month.

The thin and crispy oat crackers with sesame seeds fill the snack chasm left when I had to give up Nabisco's "Wheat Thins." Bob’s oat crackers are crunchy, sturdy, and gratifying. One 50-cracker box cost $3.69 at our local warehouse.

The "classic" (plain) was too bland for me, while the "Jalapeño" and "rosemary" are not to my taste (and yes, there’s rosemary in the sesame, but I couldn’t detect it).

Sesame Ingredients

whole grain oats, white rice flour, brown rice flour (brown rice flour, rice bran), whole grain oats, almond flour, sunflower oil, tapioca starch, brown sugar, sesame seeds, quinoa flour, flaxseed meal, salt, poppy seeds, flaxseeds, rosemary extract (canola oil, rosemary extract).
