Date: 2023-03-26 01:27 am (UTC)I’ve been eating Go Macro bars, but my digestive system doesn’t love them. I bought a bag of small apples and I’ll take a break from work to cut one up and eat it. Dried fruit from the farmers market. Plantain chips.
What are you folks eating for snacks?
Snack recs
Date: 2023-04-01 03:10 pm (UTC)Easy: I like cashews or dry roasted almonds, with or without an apple. Or apple slices with nut butter, like I'm five.
Buy: I recently tried Simple Mill's Seed Flour crackers both the Original and the Herb & Garlic. The first ingredient is seeds and they're very tasty, and sturdy. Would be good with some cheese or "cheese" spread on them.
Aspirational: Make your own granola or granola bars. Smitten Kitchen has a starter recipe I've used before that gives you some ratios and lets you go, or the internet is full of recipes for grainless granolas, even, if you want to avoid oats.
