sandwich bread
Date: 2020-09-22 03:52 pm (UTC)Personally, I've been thinking of girding my loins and making an attempt at sandwich bread. I've been eyeballing this High Protein Quinoa Bread for a while now, but it involves toasting the quinoa flour first and for some reason I just can't make myself do it.

I'll try to toast the quinoa flour today. And then tomorrow I'll either make bread with it or these quinoa chocolate chip cookies. I've never used quinoa flour before--toasted or untoasted--so that'll be an experiment too.
