recipe: let cool completely
me, an absolute gremlin: waits exactly ten minutes

only exception is if it's a cake that needs frosting or similar, in which case i do let it cool completely or else the frosting gets ruined....coincidentally, no relation at all, crazy happenstance and all, i haven't baked a cake that requires frosting in close to four years...

HA HA HA *that's* why frosted baked goods don't appeal to me.

for me it's also that frosting is super sweet and I don't much like it :''D but it definitely has its perks not having to wait forever to eat it. :p
