One of my favorite GF chocolate recipes is this GF Flourless Chocolate Cake from King Arthur. It is so rich that I don't even use the chocolate glaze, just a dollop of whipped cream on top.

For something super rich (like, super rich), I like this Sloppy Peanut Butter Pie. I made it with Glutino's sandwich cookies, but I'm sure any kind will work. I've also made it with vegan butter/cream cheese/whipping cream, so can confirm it holds up well to substitutions lol
