I recently tried Franz Gluten-Free Sourdough Bread. I can't say that it's particularly reminiscent of sourdough, but it is delicious, and the toasted texture is an absolute dream, crunchy on the outside and downright fluffy on the inside.

Franz good

I've been enjoying Franz gluten free breads for several years. They're a regional bakery for me, in business since 1906, and they clearly understand the making of bread. I love their seven grain and Himself occasionally brings me a loaf of the cinnamon raisin bread for treat.

I'll have to check out the sourdough next time I do some shopping.
