Our prompt for August is GF products! Tell us all about your favorites, or tell us about something you tried recently that turned out not to be a favorite. It's all good. (Unless it isn't.)

To fill this prompt, you can:

We're a geographically diverse group, so not everything will be available in all markets, but don't let that stop you from sharing. I'm always interested in what it's like to be gluten free—and what kind of products are available—in other parts of the world.

I once wanted to make a master post of all the gluten free frozen pizzas ever, with ratings and all, but I seem to have lost the draft I started (when? pre-pandemic? I do not remember) and I don't think I want to start a new one. anyway. my current go to is Ristorante Gluten Free/Lactose Free Mozzarella Pizza. it actually feels like it has enough cheese (other brands I often feel like I have to add more cheese myself), the tomatoes taste fresh, the pesto is tasty and balanced just right and overall this has never failed me. the base is OK. gf frozen pizza bases are rarely what I'd call Good but this one doesn't turn rock hard immediately, so that's another point in its favour.
