Thank you for sharing your recipe for tabbouleh! I haven't made it in so long I couldn't even guess at the measurements. Using the dried mint from a teabag is a great idea.

Disclaimer: I haven't actually tried the tuna in the tabbouleh, but I see no reason why it wouldn't be delicious.
