My favorite quick mocktail:
- Tonic water (or sparkling water mixed with some juice or something else to add extra sweetness to taste)
- Lime juice
- Frozen berries
- fresh basil or mint if you've got it.

This barely qualifies as a recipe - more like an extremely minor beverage hack! I take a Berocca daily (I prefer the mango-flavored ones). A while back I discovered that dissolving it in hot/boiling water makes a nice hot drink in winter, so as half the planet's headed that way, I thought I'd share it. Probably everyone except me has been doing this for years! I looked it up and the vitamins are stable even with boiling water. I use tap water as my kitchen hot tap runs hotter than most.
