I really wish cookbooks would stick to cooking. There are plenty of books out there about people's medical journeys, and multiple reasons why someone might avoid gluten, so there's no guarantee that the author's experience will be relevant to a cookbook reader.

Still, if you just avoid that intro section, it's a very nice book.
