It's Pi Day (3.14) and gluten_free is officially one year old!

Are you celebrating Pi Day with pie? Or maybe a crumble, crisp, cobbler, tart, turnover, galette, baked apple, or Brown Betty is more your speed. Whatever you're making—doesn't have to be pie related—come tell us about it in the comments.

No pie - I made a chicken traybake (mustard and yoghurt marinated chicken wings with dukkah vegetables). I have enough leftovers for a vegetable (pot) pie, but for all the merits of german-speaking switzerland, i haven't yet found gluten-free pie crust or pastry. And I'm in no way equipped to make my own!
