I'm going to make an apple crumble today instead of a pie, and I was like, "Guess I have to write down THIS now, too!" I apparently have more recipes than I realized. It's going to slow my cooking process.

I'm so happy to hear that my experiments with GF baking got you back in the game! When I started posting GF content to my blog, I didn't know if anyone would even care, but it's been great finding fans who are dealing with similar things.
