I think your guide could be very useful to our new bakers!

You could either take the advice portion and post it as an introduction to GF baking, or you could choose any of those topics (flour mixes, cookie doneness, flour substitution), elaborate on them, and post them individually, like a series. The recipes would be their own posts, too, if you want to share them; one recipe per post.

We have a "tips & tricks" tag -- tips based on your personal experience with GF cooking -- and this would be perfect for it, however you choose to share it.
