Hello! Authentic Brazilian Cheese Bread (Pão de Queijo) was one of the first GF things I made--because it was entirely new to me and always GF--and it was such a weird process, but it worked! Mine were never rolls, they were always UFO shaped, like a flying saucer, but I loved how chewy they were and unlike anything else I'd ever eaten up until that point.
