gluten-free eats

I've made waffles in the past that required separating eggs and whipping the egg whites. They do turn out better, but it's a lot of hassle.

I'm paying attention to tags because I just tried tagging my own post for the first time (please check it?) and I noticed this one is tagged meal: beverage, which surprised me.
