These are some of the things I like and routinely get with my online grocery delivery. They're all GF and all except the pastry shells are also keto and dairy-free, but the pastry shells are only about 7g carbs each. The Blue Frog "muesli" is the only vegan one.

Blue Frog "muesli" alternative - super delicious with Greek yogurt and honey or maple syrup. Made with almonds, macadamias, cashews, coconut, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, manuka honey, rice bran oil, tapioca syrup, vanilla, rosemary extract (preservative).
| Home St. Keto Buns (better toasted than raw) - good for burgers or just toast. Made with almond meal, coconut flour, free range egg whites, chia, linseed, psyllium powder, apple cider, hemp protein, flax seed fibre, salt, yeast, citrus fibre, rosemary extract (preservative)

| Poorly photographed Lincoln Bakery GF pastry shells - they make nice little snack pies, either with a savoury or fruit filling. Made with rice flour, modified starch, maize starch, salt, butter, egg, sodium bicarbonate, xanthan gum.

And this is a less successful "BeRight" GF pasta alternative I recently tried. It's edible but not a patch on proper pasta (bears a slight resemblance to eating unusually tasty cardboard!) But it
is vegan and keto (2-3g carbs/serve). The noodles end up a bit chewy and you need to keep them moist after cooking, so a quick drain after the usual 3-4 min boiling in water (minimal salt is better as they seem to really absorb it) then straight into the sauce - can't leave them sitting about after draining or they get dry and chewy. Another plus is the refreshingly simple ingredients list - both are just made with organic edamame bean flour (soy flour) and water.
