gluten-free eats

Sadly, this was barely 5/10.

Plus:

• nice mouthfeel, correct balance of liquid and slippery.
• real vanilla without that telltale vanillin chemical scent

Minus:

• super sweet, with cotton candy aftertaste
• vanilla seems to be all aroma, no hint of vanilla flavor five minutes after finishing.

Then again, after the first two spoonsful I drowned it in rhubarb sauce to cut the sweetness back to edible which may have drowned any remaining vanilla.
