Close comparison of the ingredients in the coconutmilk and Wondermilk products suggests that the Wondermilk products use coconut oil rather than coconut milk/cream, and if it's refined oil it might not even have any coconut taste. We'll see!
Also just a heads up that some of their products do have gluten in them, but it's mostly the bars and cones. I think all of the ice creams are GF, but only some of the bars.
