gluten-free eats

I peel and cube up potatoes (boil), add in raw diced onion and celery, mix in some chopped eggs if I have any hard boiled, put in some dill relish, stir in some mayonnaise and some yellow mustard.

I also do one where I peel and cube up potatoes (boil), fry up bacon, put a mixture of bacon grease and vinegar on the hot potatoes, and crumble the bacon on top with chopped parsley.
