I had to cut back on the squash and applesauce for FODMAP reasons. This morning's delicious version was:

50 g frozen cranberries
40 g cooked squash
20 g (3 Tbs) almond flour

microwave on high for 90 seconds, then stir thoroughly. Add in

50 g blueberries

microwave on high for 45 seconds, add in

2 tsps lemon curd

stir very thoroughly and eat with glee.

Lemon curd has dairy and eggs; lemon jelly would be a good twist for veg*n.
