Date: 2020-05-28 11:17 pm (UTC)If you're buying lots of heavily processed foods, it's a good idea for the next year or two to consider trying to buy more base ingredients--unprocessed veggies, fruits and meats and grains if you can. Hopefully it won't be too much of an upset, but chances are good that there will be little changes to things like 'spice' that could have irritants, like nightshades, alliums, pepper and the like that might not have been there before.
