gluten-free eats

I have found the perfect breakfast combo. A generous handful of frozen raw cranberries (my state produces a lot of 'em so they're still in the stores post holidays), nuked for 90 seconds. Then I add in an equal amount of frozen blueberries, nuke for 60 seconds. Then I stir in either almond flour or coconut flour -- just enough to soak up all the delicious liquid. Stir like a stir-monster and savor the mixture of sour and sweet and fat.
