gluten-free eats

We made the most kickass potatoes for Thanksgiving.

We mandolined up some potatoes, sprayed cooking spray in little ramekins, coated the potatoes in olive oil and butter, put the potatoes on their side in the ramekin (like a roll of coins on its side), pulsed up some rosemary with salt in the food processor, sprinkled that on, baked until brown and awesome.

Literally everyone loved these potatoes. So good.
