Great!! So much of my baking is by gut rather than exact measurements, I'm just so used to the rhetoric around gf baking being "you need THIS exactly in THIS EXACT amount or it will go WRONG, gf baking is HARD and a SCIENCE" so I always feel a bit guilty when I just improv something nice and eyeball the amounts.
