Chiming in to say that Pamela's Ginger Snapz SimpleBites Mini Cookies were a favorite of mine. They're seriously gingery in a way that will set your mouth on fire, but in a good way. They are hard as heck, though, so be prepared. And they don't contain milk or soy ingredients, either.
