Sauteed Carrots
This is an easy dish with at most four ingredients. My family uses it as a side dish; I dump whatever the protein of the day is on top of it and use it as a starch. Paleo-compliant as written.
Ingredients:
10-12oz bag o' julienned carrots
olive or preferred cooking oil
sea salt
black pepper
Directions:
*Heat a tablespoon or two of oil in a pan over medium-high to high heat, depending on your stovetop. I use medium-high.
*Add carrots and salt. Saute until crispy. This takes me about ten minutes.
*Add pepper and serve.
