It's a factoid I often comfort myself with whenever I have to replace milk with, say, almond milk (ingredients: filtered water, almonds), or apple juice, or even water in a recipe. Milk is mostly water! I remind myself as I pour something that's most water into my pancake batter.
Also, this Cookies & Creme "Wondermilk" ice cream has an unpleasantly...spongy??? texture?? And a strong taste of coconut, so this one's not a winner for me.
