Berry Pudding for One
Six minutes from desire to eating
40 g frozen cranberries
1 Tbs (7 g) almond flour
3 Tbs (55 g) cooked squash
30 g frozen blueberries
5 drops sesame oil or pat of butter
- Place cranberries and almond flour in a small glass dish with a tight fitting cover. Stir, cover and microwave 30 seconds at full power
- Pull dish, add in squash, stir, cover and microwave 30 seconds at full power
- Pull dish, add in blueberries, stir, add in fat, stir, cover and microwave 30 seconds at full power
My microwave is 1100 watts.
I tend to not like things sweet -- you may well wish to add some sugar.
Re: More modifications
Hooray! Today I learned that allspice isn't, as I'd thoughtlessly assumed, a mix of other spices. It's its own wonderful flavor, and I think I need some right now.
