Ah, donut holes! Called the same thing here in New England. Generic name. At Dunkin' Donuts, they call them specifically "Munchkins."

I've seen Tim Horton's on the road between Boston and Chicago, a drive that J (my wife) and I make regularly. I always kind of sigh when looking at their pastries since no GF stuff. Decent coffee, though, IIRC.
