Fresh, frozen, boxed, or canned. It's that thing that replaces a product you can't eat—GF flour tortillas, GF cookies, GF beer, GF cake mix, GF crackers, GF pizza—and makes life easier for you.

We're an international group, so not all these things will be available in all markets, but don't let that stop you from sharing. I'm always interested in what it's like to be gluten free—and what kind of products are available—in other parts of the world.

I should preface this by saying that we have not tried every single GF frozen pizza out there, but of the ones we've tried, this was the best. And we sort of stopped testing at this point because Pip liked it well enough to stick with it/not bother with others. I even had a piece (I don't have to eat GF) and thought it was pretty good. Which is saying something because we went through some disgusting crusts. *g*

I can imagine. I tried take-and-bake chain Papa Murphy's gluten-free crust, and it was so awful I gave up and just pulled the toppings off.
