Meatballs! Of course! I was thinking they'd be good for any kind of dumpling or ravioli filling, too, and what is a meatball if not a...naked...dumpling.
Also: Parchment paper all the way! It's such a simple thing, but it makes baking (and clean up!) so much easier.
