Nice! The ingredients are me-friendly, too:

Dairy-Free Mozzarella Blocks: Filtered Water, Coconut Oil, Modified Potato and Corn Starches, Potato Starch, Sea Salt, Natural Flavor, Olive Extract, Beta Carotene for Color.

They also have a cream cheese!
