Last night I dipped both my meatloaf and my oven fries in it. We made the best french fries of my life last night. Crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Comparable to anything you'd get at a steakhouse. And in the oven! I fear I will never be able to duplicate their like. But I wrote down what we did just in case.
