I believe you! it just really tickles me to be able to say that a bread is made entirely of bananas except for the eggs, raising agent, and a bit of sugar. alas my oven doesn't work so if I'm getting this it'll be for pancakes. yours look SO good and I'm very into the idea of wrapping cheesy fried eggs in them.
