I'm thrilled to hear that those hamburger buns work! They're so beautiful in the picture, and made partially with oat flour, so they're not as white and sticky as some of the other baked goods.

Even before I started using more adventurous flours, some of the starchy rice-based recipes in the first volume turned me off, and I like sweet, sticky, starchy things! But those blueberry muffins--they looked perfect, but they had no soul, man.
