Oh yep Simple Mills! I actually looked it up and still managed to type it wrong. Canyon Bakehouse is my absolute favorite gluten free bread but it's not available in all the stores, so that Udi's bread will be a good substitute. I'm not a huge fan of Udi's generally, which is why I was surprised how good this new bread was. It's edible and it's decent in comparison to other breads but they are really bad so ehh.

As far as crackers go, I tend to not eat many because a lot of the gluten free ones have weird aftertastes, which can be brown rice flour but might be other stuff so I have tried a wide variety and found most of them lacking but I'll have to pick up a crunchmaster to try.
