I just posted a review of my favorite GF cake mix, and if my brain allows I'm also going to recommend an awesome angel food cake mix, but I also want to give a shoutout to Krusteaz GF box mixes - I make the blueberry muffins for my (gluten eating) nieces regularly and they love them. I've also made the cinnamon crumb cake as a cake and as muffins, and I'm dying to try the Meyer lemon bar mix, but they don't have it at my local store.
