Thank you! I’ll keep it in mind for next time I have shrimp or prawns on hand. I’m a bit confused about the cooking time. 20 minutes to cook shrimp sounds a bit excessive to me, in my experience shrimp cook a lot faster than that? They’re small and cook in minutes. I think the longest I’ve taken to cook anything like that was about 10 minutes and that was with large king prawns as opposed to shrimp. as in this recipe: one pot kerala prawn curry by rukmini iyer - I can highly recommend this too btw, it’s my go-to curry and can be made vegetarian by omitting prawns.
