oh man these are my favourite things (though they're called 'biscuit breaks' here). I have been eating 1 packet of the chocolate chip ones for breakfast since I came to the UK basically (alongside a serving of yoghurt, or crumbled on top of yoghurt). the stem gingers are good too. there's a salted caramel variety as well but I haven't seen that one in the wild in the grocery stores I go to but I might make a trip to Waitrose on Thursday and their much larger GF section and see if they have it.
another fave Nairn's product I absolutely love are the flatbreads, which actually look and taste a lot like proper Scandinavian knækbrød! the rosemary and sea salt is my go-to if I'm not baking my own.
I haven't had cause to make no-bake cheesecake since I got here, but I've wondered if the plain oat biscuit breaks would be a good alternative to digestive biscuits...one way to find out...eventually...
